Other Terms & Conditions for Rent a Car in Qatar.

A payment of AED 5 will be charged as Salik/Road Toll for each Toll Gate crossing. It can be deducted from your security deposit or you can pay for it separately.

Our vehicles are insured with Insurance Excess charges payable if the Hirer is at fault in any Accident accompanied with a Police report. Insurance Excess charges are different for each rental which will be informed well in advance along with the daily rental rates.

There will be a refundable security deposit charge that you need to pay before hiring the vehicle and, the same will be refunded within 30 days after the vehicle is returned. In case of any traffic violation fines, tolls, or any other sort of expenses incurred during the rental period, we will inform the customer, and the same will be deducted from the security deposit.

We have fixed mileage limits for each vehicle rental which are offered initially before the confirmation and there will be a nominal excess mileage charge after the mutually agreed total mileage during the rental.

Age limit to hire the vehicles will depend on the individual vehicle Insurance terms between us and the Insured Company which will be conveyed well in advance according to the Hirer’s Passport Copy / Driving License being provided to us. But an age of 23+ while hiring the vehicle is mostly preferred by us as an Average age limit.
